- Registration is open to everyone but home sales are limited to residential properties within the corporate limits of the Town of Purcellville. There is a standard $5 registration fee for all sales.
- Non-residents may participate by renting a space for a small fee in an authorized Sale location. To participate in the concurrent, juried Antique Flea Market contact Really Great Finds, Suzanne Kidney @ 540/338-7799, 703/727-4537 or 4538.
- We encourage but don’t require all registrants to participate on both days of the Sale (hopefully you sell out on Saturday!).
- Register by Monday, October 5, 2009 either on-line, at the Town Hall drop box or by mail (postmarked no later than October 3, 2009).
- Registrations received after September 19, 2009 may not appear on the official map.
- Registered sales receive an official Tag Sale yard sign for display. Pickup signs in Town Hall the week of the Sale, or at HQ, Town Hall parking lot from 6 – 8 p.m. the night before the Sale or the morning of Sale starting at 6 a.m.
- You select your booth space during registration. You can check the website Lot Maps to confirm your space has been assigned.
- Booth lots open at 6:30 am for setup day of Sale. Booth lot hours are 8 am – 3 pm on Saturday and 10 - 3 Sunday for Sale. Teardown starts no earlier than 2:00 pm with vehicles prohibited in the lots. Two-day spaces (Town Hall Parking Lot only) may remain up overnight Saturday.
- If you must cancel a registration contact us: Purcellville (Home or Business) Sales: Sorry no refunds after September 18, 2009; Booth Rental: Cancel up to September 18th for refund w/$5 admin fee withheld; no refunds after September 18, 2009.

- Booth space selection and assignment are in order of receipt. You’ll be contacted with your location and booth number after October 1, 2009. Booth assignment information is also available on the website, select the Lot Maps icon.
- Booth space sizes vary but are at least 10’ x 10’.
- We do not provide nor rent tables, chairs or tents. You are welcome to bring your own.
- Booth lots open at 6:30 am the day of the Tag Sale for set up. See the Lot Coordinator on-site for space assignments. You MUST ARRIVE before 7:30 to set up. The entrances are blocked for safety at that time.
- The hours for booth spaces are advertised as 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Shoppers come throughout the day and you are committing to being in place throughout the day. Teardown begins at 3:00 pm so no vehicles are allowed in lots before closing for safety.
- There is not room for vehicles in your booth space. Please drop off your items and move your vehicle to one of the pre-designated, reserved parking areas. Pickup a parking pass (one per booth space) from your Lot Coordinator.
- Each lot has a pickup location for large items designated. No vehicles are allowed to enter a booth lot after 7:30 am or before 5:00 pm.
